Back covers are back!

It’s been a while since there has been a software update, but that’s not because we’ve been slacking off! In fact, the code elves have been extra-hard at work cooking up cool new features to roll out. In the meantime, we’re letting a couple of tidbits slip. You can now reply messages from friends right from the message (no more slogging all the way to the friends menu).

Also, it seemed like the gremlins had eaten all the back covers, and that just isn’t true. To prove it, all the back covers are back. Of course, we still take your privacy as seriously as always, and so you won’t be able to see the content of the back cover unless you get the book in print. And on a related note, the part that contains the barcode for a printed book is now clearly marked off in the editor, so you can design cleanly around it.

Another feature we forgot to write about is the save reminder, which will tell you when there are unsaved changes. We’ve also improved the save function so that when something does go wrong, the book can often still be saved. We’re still working on improving things, but it should prevent any more lost books (because we don’t want to miss reading even one gripping sentence, of course!).
